I loved being a mom, but I found it overwhelming and exhausting. I wanted to feel better but I didn’t know how. I just needed a little mental space to figure out where I was out of balance and what I needed to help me feel better.
Life Coaching was the perfect thing.
Over the years of coaching stressed out Supermoms, I’ve found certain exercises to be the most helpful. I’ve included them in this challenge. Building a daily habit of paying attention to YOU, reflecting on what you want and need, gives you your energy back and makes you feel appreciated and alive.
