The last couple years have been really hard for me.
Not because of the pandemic, although it has been pretty sucky.
Not because my fantastic new lake house is surrounded by forest fire (5 miles away while I write this)
But because my daughter got her driver’s license and doesn’t need me anymore.
On that strange day in March 2020 when the schools shut their doors, my role changed forever.
No more volleyball, no more carpools, no more hosting parties and groups of friends at our house, no more quick chats with other moms at drop off and pick up.
The only job I had left was teaching her how to drive. I spent two decades of my life DEVOTED to my role as mom, and when she passed her driver’s test, it was over in the blink of an eye.
No retirement party. No one showering me with gifts to celebrate the next phase of my life.
I’ve just slowly, quietly been made redundant.

Who am I ?
I’m a master certified life coach helping hundreds of moms design lives that are right for them. I’m a teacher, workshop leader, and life coach for lost, overwhelmed moms who want to live life with no regrets.
I also have an emptying nest and am craving connection, community and clarity.

This event is perfect for moms who are contemplating an emptying nest and wondering…”What’s next for me?” If you want to make a change but aren’t sure what or how, the Empty Nest Mom Fest is perfect.
Expect a small group of 8-12 awesome women ready to connect and have fun!
If COVID has taught us anything, it’s to not hold too tightly to plans! Anything can happen so a full refund is available if you cancel 14 days before the event. After that, you’ll receive “credit” that you can use for another workshop, individual coaching sessions for yourself or a loved one.
There are amazing restaurants nearby! You can dine on site at Park Bistro Restaurant, order door dash and eat in the suite, or drive to a nearby restaurant on Mt. Diablo Blvd. Lunch is on your own and a great opportunity to get to know the other moms better.
To ensure the safety of all participants, we will ask for proof of vaccination AND I will send you a rapid antigen test to take the day before our event. Proof of a negative test will be requested before attending. I want everyone to feel safe to hug, smile, wine and dine together.
