Step 1 -Why bother with “Letting Go”? What’s the upside? Why do you want to let go?  Watch the Day 1 video to kick off the challenge

Step 2 – What kind of resistance do you bump into when you think about Letting Go? Create a character, animal or creature out of this resistance and talk to it like a loving adult talks to a scared child.

Step 3 – Write down your “Little Instruction Manual”. Flesh out all the “SHOULD’S” you have about how other’s behavior.

Day Three - Letting Go Challenge

Step 2Read examples from other Moms about how they let go of their parenting burdens so they can increase the peace. 

Step 3 – Write down a list of things you are ready to let go of starting with the sentence, “I say goodbye to…..” Look for a feeling of freedom.
